Kestrel is one of the world’s largest producing underground coking, or metallurgical coal mines and produces around 7 million tonnes of metallurgical coal annually. The mine is located in the Bowen Basin, 51km Northeast of Emerald in Central Queensland, Australia. Our team’s capability covers the entire mining process, from development, to extraction and processing, environmental management and sustainable rehabilitation.
