Kestrel actively promotes and supports indigenous development in partnership with Western Kangoulu, our Native Title Applicants. In partnership with our community of Emerald, we are currently establishing an indigenous development hub (insert image of logos from community groups, see ppt), with the challenge to Make it Real – Respect, Inspire, Develop, with the intent of providing choice of career and life for our indigenous peoples. We are seeking opportunities to increase indigenous employment, training development and procurement opportunities both in Kestrel and across our community.
